NOTHING on the KAVACH platform or website constitutes or shall be construed as legal, regulatory, safety, medical, engineering, clinical, or professional advice of any kind.

• VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited makes no representation that all content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free at all times.

The Client and user assume full and sole responsibility for all decisions made in reliance on KAVACH platform outputs.

• The KAVACH platform is expressly and exclusively a decision-support and intelligence tool.

It is NOT — and shall never be construed as — any of the following:

• A statutory safety system under the Factories Act, 1948, or any other applicable law
• A fire detection, suppression, or evacuation system under the National Building Code 2016 or any state fire safety regulation
• A medical device, clinical decision support system, or healthcare management system
• A certified security system under any applicable security industry regulation
• A compliance management system or regulatory certification tool
• A substitute for any professionally licensed, statutorily mandated, or legally required human function

Any attempt to characterise the KAVACH platform as falling within any of the above categories for the purpose of any legal claim shall be entirely without merit and expressly contradicted by this Disclaimer.

• Predictive maintenance alerts and machine health scores are based on statistical pattern recognition — they are probabilistic, not deterministic.
• Failures may occur without a preceding alert. Alerts may be generated for equipment that does not subsequently fail.
• The platform does not control any equipment or industrial control system unless a specific written integration is authorised in the MSA.
• Clients must independently maintain all scheduled maintenance programmes, qualified engineering oversight, and statutory safety certifications.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any equipment failure, production loss, injury, or incident whether or not a predictive alert was generated, whether or not an alert was received, and whether or not an alert was acted upon.

• KAVACH's AI Video Intelligence processes CCTV footage using computer vision for object recognition, behaviour pattern analysis, zone monitoring, and movement detection.
• Detection accuracy is subject to variation based on camera quality, placement, lighting, dust, smoke, rain, glare, obstructions, and scene complexity — all of which are outside VIANSEC's control.

All alerts must be reviewed by a trained human operator before any action is taken affecting any individual. VIANSEC is not liable for any false positive or false negative detection, whether or not an alert was generated, and whether or not an alert was acted upon.

The absence of an alert from KAVACH's AI Video Intelligence system does not mean that no hazard, violation, or incident has occurred. The Client must not rely on the absence of alerts as confirmation of safety or compliance.

• KAVACH's Safety Operations pillar — including observation rounds, AI incident analysis, root cause analysis, CAPA generation, and emergency evacuation management support — is designed to support and supplement existing safety management systems only.

It does not replace, fulfil, or satisfy any statutory obligation of the Client under any applicable health, safety, or emergency response law or regulation.

• AI-generated CAPA recommendations are guidance only. They must be reviewed and authorised by a qualified safety professional before implementation. VIANSEC does not warrant that CAPA recommendations comply with any specific regulatory standard.

KAVACH's Emergency Evacuation Management module is a coordination and communication support tool only. It is not a fire alarm system, emergency broadcasting system, or statutory evacuation system. The Client remains solely and fully responsible for compliance with all statutory evacuation and fire safety requirements.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited shall bear no liability for any injury, death, or loss occurring during or after an emergency or evacuation event at the Client's premises, whether or not the KAVACH platform was in use, functioning, or accessible at the time.

The absence of a platform alert during an incident does not create any liability for VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited.

• KAVACH's Security Operations pillar provides a digital intelligence layer over existing security operations. It does not guarantee the prevention of any security incident.

VIANSEC does not guarantee that unauthorised access, intrusion, theft, or any other security event will be detected, prevented, or mitigated through use of the KAVACH platform.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited bears no responsibility for any security incident occurring at the Client's premises, including incidents occurring during periods when the platform was operational, non-operational, or generating alerts.

• KAVACH's Administration & Facility Operations pillar provides coordination and workflow management intelligence only.
• Platform outputs in this pillar do not constitute legal compliance documentation for any labour, facilities, or workplace regulation.
• All data should be verified against primary records for formal compliance, audit, or legal purposes.

• Where KAVACH is deployed in a building management context, it provides visibility and intelligence only.

Unless a specific written hardware integration is documented in the MSA, the KAVACH platform does not control any building system including HVAC, electrical panels, fire suppression, or access control hardware.

Platform outputs and reports do not constitute regulatory certification for BEE Star Rating, GRIHA, Green Building Council, National Building Code 2016, or any other standard. Formal certifications must be obtained from the relevant competent authority.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited owes no duty of care and accepts no legal liability to any third party — including employees, visitors, contractors, patients, students, or members of the public — arising from the deployment or use of the KAVACH platform at the Client's premises.

• All liability to third parties arising from data processing conducted through the KAVACH platform at the Client's premises rests exclusively with the Client as Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act, 2023.

No third party shall have any right to bring a claim against VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited in connection with the KAVACH platform or its outputs.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited provides software as a service (SaaS) and limited hardware integration services only. VIANSEC does not operate, manage, supervise, or control any physical premises, machinery, equipment, operations, or personnel at the Client's location.

Any loss of life, personal injury, property damage, data loss, financial loss, business interruption, or regulatory penalty arising from or connected to activities at the Client's premises — whether or not the KAVACH platform was in use — is the sole operational and legal responsibility of the Client.

The Client's use of the KAVACH platform does not transfer, reduce, or modify the Client's existing legal duties and responsibilities as an employer, building owner, facility manager, or regulated entity under any applicable Indian law.

VIANSEC Solutions Private Limited's maximum financial liability in any circumstances is limited to the amounts expressly stated in the Terms and Conditions Clause 13 and shall not extend to any loss of life, personal injury, consequential loss, or any other loss not expressly covered therein.

• Case studies and performance statistics published on www.kavachtechnologies.com represent outcomes in specific deployments under specific conditions.
• They are illustrative only. Results will vary by deployment.
